    The cost of the diagnosis covers the pickup and return of the equipment to the customer, the time spent by the technician in identifying the cause of the malfunction, and the entire logistical process of handling the equipment at the service center. The basic diagnosis, priced at 100 Polish złoty, includes a preliminary assessment. If the diagnosis requires detailed measurements on the motherboard, ordering damaged components necessary for further examination, etc., additional charges may apply. The diagnostic fee is payable only in the event of opting out of the repair or if the repair is deemed economically unfeasible.
